Genesis 13:13 - But the men of Sodom were wicked and
sinners before the LORD exceedingly.
Genesis 18:20 - And the LORD said, Because the cry of
Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous;
Genesis 19:1-29 - And there came two angels to Sodom at
even; and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and Lot seeing them rose up to meet them; and he
bowed himself with his face toward the ground; And he said, Behold now, my lords, turn in,
I pray you, into your servant's house, and tarry all night, and wash your feet, and ye
shall rise up early, and go on your ways. And they said, Nay; but we will abide in the
street all night. And he pressed upon them greatly; and they turned in unto him, and
entered into his house; and he made them a feast, and did bake unleavened bread, and they
did eat. But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed
the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter: And they called
unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this night? bring
them out unto us, that we may know them. And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut
the door after him, And said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly. Behold now, I have
two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray you, bring them out unto you, and
do ye to them as is good in your eyes: only unto these men do nothing; for therefore came
they under the shadow of my roof. And they said, Stand back. And they said again, This one
fellow came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge: now will we deal worse with thee,
than with them. And they pressed sore upon the man, even Lot, and came near to break the
door. But the men put forth their hand, and pulled Lot into the house to them, and shut to
the door. And they smote the men that were at the door of the house with blindness, both
small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the door. And the men said unto
Lot, Hast thou here any besides? son in law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and
whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of this place: For we will destroy this
place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the LORD; and the LORD
hath sent us to destroy it. And Lot went out, and spake unto his sons in law, which
married his daughters, and said, Up, get you out of this place; for the LORD will destroy
this city. But he seemed as one that mocked unto his sons in law. And when the morning
arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters,
which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city. And while he lingered,
the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his
two daughters; the LORD being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him
without the city. And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he
said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain;
escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed. And Lot said unto them, Oh, not so, my
Lord: Behold now, thy servant hath found grace in thy sight, and thou hast magnified thy
mercy, which thou hast showed unto me in saving my life; and I cannot escape to the
mountain, lest some evil take me, and I die: Behold now, this city is near to flee
unto, and it is a little one: Oh, let me escape thither, (is it not a little one?) and my
soul shall live. And he said unto him, See, I have accepted thee concerning this thing
also, that I will not overthrow this city, for the which thou hast spoken. Haste thee,
escape thither; for I cannot do any thing till thou be come thither. Therefore the name of
the city was called Zoar. The sun was risen upon the earth when Lot entered into Zoar.
Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of
heaven; And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the
cities, and that which grew upon the ground. But his wife looked back from behind him, and
she became a pillar of salt. And Abraham gat up early in the morning to the place where he
stood before the LORD: And he looked toward Sodom and Gomorrah, and toward all the land of
the plain, and beheld, and, lo, the smoke of the country went up as the smoke of a
furnace. And it came to pass, when God destroyed the cities of the plain, that God
remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow, when he overthrew the
cities in the which Lot dwelt.
Leviticus 18:22-23 - Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as
with womankind: it is abomination. Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself
therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is
confusion.
Leviticus 20:13 - If a man also lie with mankind, as he
lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put
to death; their blood shall be upon them.
Deuteronomy 23:17-18 - There shall be no whore of the
daughters of Israel, nor a sodomite of the sons of Israel. Thou shalt not bring the hire
of a whore, or the price of a dog, into the house of the LORD thy God for any vow: for
even both these are abomination unto the LORD thy God.
1 Kings 14:22-24 - And Judah did evil in the sight of the
LORD, and they provoked him to jealousy with their sins which they had committed, above
all that their fathers had done. For they also built them high places, and images, and
groves, on every high hill, and under every green tree. And there were also sodomites in
the land: and they did according to all the abominations of the nations which the LORD
cast out before the children of Israel.
Isaiah 3:9 - The show of their countenance doth witness
against them; and they declare their sin as Sodom, they hide it not. Woe unto their soul!
for they have rewarded evil unto themselves.
Luke 17:25-32 - But first must he suffer many things, and
be rejected of this generation. And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in
the days of the Son of man. They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given
in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and
destroyed them all. Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank,
they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; But the same day that Lot went out of
Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Even thus shall it
be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. In that day, he which shall be upon the
housetop, and his stuff in the house, let him not come down to take it away: and he that
is in the field, let him likewise not return back. Remember Lot's wife.

Romans 1:24-32 Wherefore God also gave them up to
uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between
themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the
creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen. For this cause God gave
them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that
which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman,
burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and
receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet. And even as they
did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to
do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness,
fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate,
deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters,
inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, Without understanding, covenantbreakers,
without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: Who knowing the judgment of God,
that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have
pleasure in them that do them.
1 Corinthians 6:9 - Know ye not that the unrighteous
shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters,
nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind.
1 Timothy 1:9-10 - Knowing this,
that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the
ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of
mothers, for manslayers, For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind,
for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is
contrary to sound doctrine.
2 Peter 2:6-9 - And turning the
cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an
ensample unto those that after should live ungodly; And delivered just Lot, vexed with the
filthy conversation of the wicked: (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing
and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;) The Lord
knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the
day of judgment to be punished:
Jude 1:7-8 - Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities
about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange
flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire. Likewise
also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of
dignities.
